Pam has been consulting for more than thirty years; she coaches managers as they take on additional leadership responsibilities, adjust performance issues, consider career changes, or concentrate on retaining diverse staff. This focus enables high potential employees to progress within their organizations, improving overall corporate productivity and performance. Her clients include Fortune 100 companies as well as startup and venture firms, and multiple graduate business programs including MIT, Harvard, and University of California Berkeley-Haas. She coaches global leaders for the Executive Education program at Harvard Business School. Lassiter earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in English/Spanish and her Master's degree from Boston University in psychological counseling with specific graduate coursework in career development and business management.   Panelists:   Deirdre Evens oversees global human resources for Iron Mountain, leading people operations and strategy necessary to support the company's growth through the recruitment, development, retention, and enablement of global talent. She came to Iron Mountain from environmental, energy, and industrial services company Clean Harbors, where she most recently served as the executive vice president of human resources since 2011, overseeing all aspects of human resources and employee development for a global workforce of more than 13,000 employees. Evens joined Clean Harbors in 2007 as the company's executive vice president of sales and marketing. Prior to Clean Harbors, she was senior vice president of member insight for BJ's Wholesale Club, responsible for strategy, member analytics, market research and segment marketing. Evens also held several senior operational and executive leadership roles with Polaroid, beginning as a plant manager before becoming a director of manufacturing operations. Later, she became the vice president and general manager of Polaroid's 0 million imaging division. In this role, she had P&L responsibility and led worldwide marketing, strategy, sales and operations planning, and product management. Her final position at the company was senior vice president of worldwide marketing and strategy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.   Hank Flores is Partner and Co-founder of Radius Partners, an executive search and talent advisory firm that specializes in recruiting executive management for clients in Internet & Digital Media, Technology, Clean Energy, Life Sciences, and Consumer Goods & Services. Most recently, he was a Managing Principal with Consilium Partners for almost 10 years. Hank concentrates on assignments for senior leaders who serve as pivotal catalysts for driving growth – CxO and strategy; marketing, product management, and innovation; and sales, business development, and account management – typically for clients seeking to improve strategic focus on their customers and consumers. His clients span Fortune 500, emerging middle-market, and early-stage companies. Hank earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Information Systems from Fordham University. He serves on the board of advisors of Mindcircuit, Inc., and was previously on the board of directors of the Hamilton-Wenham Youth Soccer Association. He lives on the north shore of Massachusetts with his wife and three daughters.   Jeff Yolen leads Russell Reynolds Associates' Software Practice on the East Coast and is a member of the Technology Sector. His work is focused on software, mobile and digital assignments. Jeff works with high-growth private and public companies on the East and West coasts.  Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was an executive search leader focused on C-level and other executive searches for software and internet clients.  Before that, Jeff started and ran the U.S. practice for a leading executive search boutique in Europe. Earlier, Jeff spent over 15 years as a software, internet, and mobile executive and investor.  He was Chief Revenue Officer of digital media startup Sphere (which was acquired by AOL and subsequently merged with Outbrain), where he served as Vice President.  He was also a venture partner at New Atlantic Ventures (formerly DFJ New England and Draper Atlantic), and he served in executive roles at Virgin Management, Real Networks, and Jeff earned an A.B. in urban studies from Harvard College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M.P.A. in international affairs from Harvard University.
